I'm trying to update my game through the EA app so I can play, but it keeps saying that I have no internet connection. I have updated my game before without issue, so I don't know why I'm having trouble now. I've also tried to repair it, but I get the same message. I want to play the game without issues.
I have the same exact problem! It is stuck on 2% and will not go above. Then it shows the zero internet error!
If you connect the phone internet, it does the update. But beware that this can be expensive.

Did you update the EA app using the Ea App update programme? Then it should be when connected with the phone internet as I said.
I think the game is glitching again after an update. This happened once before a long time ago. All we can do is wait.
