verification email
I no longer have access to email address on file and cannot change it without verification of it. i cannot add my phone number to use as verification method becasue i have to validate thru old email to add it. The only thing i can do is buy a game they allow that (of course) but you need to validate to play it. This is theft to sell the game but then not allow user to play it, (not even single player no internet) Add to that no support to help . User support has not responded, there apparently is no fix , you just lose your money and buy all your games again under a validated email.
Has anyone else experienced this and got resolution?
