ea cuenta hacked

Hi, I have a problem. I stopped playing SWTOR for about two years and came back to check out the new content. But before buying a membership, I checked my SWTOR and EA accounts and discovered that a Russian person changed the links between my Gmail and Steam accounts to their own. I've tried creating cases on EA Help, but it doesn't give me the option to open one or talk to an advisor. I only managed to speak to one person, who literally closed the case after saying "hello" for three seconds. Now it won't let me open another case or resume the one I already created. I seriously don't understand how I can't unlink an external account from my Gmail account without being logged into the external account.
