FC 26 Clubs Bug – Unable to Edit Club Kit or Region

I would like to report a bug affecting my Clubs team in EA SPORTS FC 26.

I am the owner of the club.

Neither I nor another club manager can change the club kit or the club region.

Every time we try to save those changes, the game displays one of these errors:

Unable to update the settings.

We found personal, proprietary, offensive or other inappropriate content in your submission.
