Subject: EA SPORTS FC 27 – Player Substitutions Not Working in ANY Online Seasons Match (PS5)
Hello EA SPORTS Support Team,
I am reporting a persistent technical issue with EA SPORTS FC 27 on PlayStation 5.
Game mode: Online Seasons
Platform: PlayStation 5
Frequency: Every single match (100% of the time)
Problem description:
In every Online Seasons match, I am unable to make player substitutions.
When I pause the match and open the team management menu, I can select the starting player and the substitute. However, the game does not swap the players, even within the team management screen.
As a result, I cannot make any substitutions during Online Seasons matches.
Steps to reproduce:
- Start an Online Seasons match on PS5.
- Pause the match.
- Enter the team management screen.
- Select a substitute and a starting player.
- Attempt to exchange their positions.
Actual result: Nothing happens. The players remain in their original positions.
Expected result: The players should exchange positions, and the substitution should be applied during the match.
Frequency: This issue occurs in 100% of my Online Seasons matches.
Please investigate this persistent issue and provide a technical solution or software update to resolve it.
