hacked account

Cuenta Hackeada, el 16 de diciembre me hackeron la cuenta de steam y ea, la de steam su soporte me la recupero, pero con EA no ha sido posible me tienen en chat y luego que les envie correo pero no ha sido posible, les he pedido en ultimas que la desvinculen de steam pero tampoco, asi que no se si por este medio me puedan ayudar para ver que otros medios de contacto tengo para poder seguir jugando y comprando.
