Problema con Incidencia
I have filed several tickets with EA, since my account was hacked in December and as a result, I have it blocked... but every time I file a ticket, it tells me that I have to "resume it", it goes to "Waiting for the player " and since there is no way to "resume it", it ends up closing without EA contacting me at any time. I also don't see the option to contact them by chat, and the phone number here in Spain doesn't work.

He puesto varias incidencias en EA, ya que en diciembre me hackearon la cuenta y a raíz de eso, la tengo bloqueada... pero cada vez que pongo una incidencia, me dice que tengo que "reanudarla", se pone en "Esperando al jugador" y dado que no hay manera de "reanudarla" se termina cerrando sin que EA contacte conmigo en ningún momento. Tampoco me aparece la opción de contactar con ellos por chat, y el teléfono que hay aquí en España no funciona.
