Problema con recompensa de Arena Arándano Eléctrico PVZ2

Hola 

Escribo porque tengo un problema técnico en Plants vs. Zombies 2. Actualmente estoy participando en el Torneo de Campeones y ya he superado el hito necesario para desbloquear al Arándano Eléctrico, alcanzando 645 coronas.

Sin embargo, la planta me sigue apareciendo como bloqueada en mi almanaque y el juego me solicita comprarla con dinero real, lo cual es incorrecto dado que ya gané las semillas correspondientes en la línea de premios de la temporada.

Adjunto las capturas de pantalla donde se ve mi puntaje actual y el estado de la planta. Agradecería mucho su ayuda para desbloquearla

I am reporting a technical issue in Plants vs. Zombies 2. I am currently participating in the Champions Tournament and have already surpassed the milestone required to unlock the Electric Blueberry, reaching a total of 645 crowns.

However, the plant still appears as locked in my Almanac, and the game prompts me to purchase it with real money. This is incorrect, as I have already earned the necessary seed packets through the seasonal reward line.

I have attached screenshots showing my current score and the locked status of the plant as proof. I would greatly appreciate your help in unlocking it for my account.
