SimCity Complete Edition no carga

Hola.
Acabo de comprar SimCity Complete Edition, lo instalé a través de EA App, y cuando lo ejecuto me aparece la imagen de la captura, sin ningún texto. Hago clic en ese botón y sale del juego. Tengo Windows 11.

I just bought SimCity Complete Edition, installed it through EA App, and when I run it I get the screenshot image, without any text. I click that button and it exits the game. I have Windows 11.
