issue with linking my PlayStation Network account to my EA account

Hello,

I have an issue with linking my PlayStation Network account to my EA account.

When I try to link my PSN account named PiekarWWA to my EA account, I receive the following message:
"Linked accounts found. Your accounts cannot be linked because your PlayStation™Network account named PiekarWWA is already linked to an EA account with the email address 97*****@disabled.ea.com. An EA account can only be linked to one PlayStation™Network account permanently."

I do not have access to that old EA account which is already linked to my PSN — the EA account with the email ending in @disabled.ea.com is blocked or deleted.

Please help me unlink my PSN account (PiekarWWA), which is registered with the email address [edit: email address removed], from the inactive EA account so I can link my PSN to a new active EA account. If you need any additional information to verify my identity or ownership of the account, I can provide it.
