I don't have access to the email, nor do I know which account this is.
I don't know how the account I'm currently using to speak to you is logged into my PC and still linked to my Steam account; I didn't want that, especially since I don't have access to that email address. Could you unlink it for me?

If you no longer have access to the email address registered to the EA account, you'll want to reach out to our support team directly so they can help update those account details. We're not able to make any changes on the forums, including unlinking any connected accounts.
The steps on this page would typically help you update that information, but since you no longer have access to the email itself it'd be best to just scroll to the bottom for the Contact us option. An advisor will need to verify a few account details and should be able to work with you to get things updated from there.
