Problems accessing an account from the Ukrainian city, Zaporizhzhia

Good evening. For some reason, I'm having a problem. It says I can't access my account. As far as I understand, when I log in, the app thinks I'm from Russia, where the service isn't available.

I'd like to point out that I live in Zaporizhzhia. The city is under Ukrainian control and has never been occupied. This means I'm a Ukrainian citizen and live in a Ukrainian city. I also have a Ukrainian phone number linked to my account.

I'm asking for help with explaining why this problem has occurred and how to resolve it. As a Ukrainian citizen, I've been unfairly denied the right to play Battlefield 6, which I purchased.
