    In your post, you mentioned having some concerns about AI answers. Here on the EA Forums, our Community Managers don’t use AI to source answers or automate our posts. 

    We are seasoned industry professionals who know and love our games and our communities. We personally investigate issues, source answers, and craft our responses on our boards to share helpful insights and updates where we can. It's all authentic, real-time chats and responses. 😄
