Authenticity unavailable? Sorta logged in but not my pic or anything

I just tried to login to EA Forums and it says "authenticity unavailable" and they'll let me know when, or even IF, it will ever be fixed. What's going on? I've had this account a long time, have been in it recently, and now this. NOTE: I'm "sorta" logged in but it isn't the icon I've used for a long, long time and it says something about "New Ace", so I think it's just a weird temp profile. I've seen other posts for people with the same issue but there doesn't seem to be any answer on any of them.

    Are you able to login on the EA app or EA Help website with this account?

    Sorry, Real life got a bit overwhelming for a bit and I've not been back. Seems it was a glitch...pic never put back in the account...not sure what "New Ace" means...but I can get in so will go from there, LOL.

    I read the TOU and nothing new because I've read the Sims TOU sooooo many times since I've been playing since TS1 (how I miss Makin' Magic!). But I find several creators on patreon that are keeping CC behind paywalls years after release and, because I'm not a Patreon member (retirement means no extra expenses!), I can't ask the creator why this is. I get it, just as I understand that EA allows creators to recoup through short-term paywalls...but some of these creators are recommended to players without being called out for "forever" pay items. I know EA is using creators out there in their kits and hope they think twice about coordinating with those players, like AggressiveKitty.
