No notifications on discussions I'm following
I always follow Luthienrising's posts on The Sims 4. With the current one, I'm not getting the daily emails. I've checked my notification settings (multiple times), I've even followed each section of the discussion as well as the discussion itself. I've not gotten any of the updates. Any suggestions, please?I can't access to my account
I have a main EA account and i can't access to it. I made the EA account with google account, but i deleted that google account quite long ago. Then my account have locked for some reason(i think it's hacked), and i can't log in to my account because of the verify email which is sent to my deleted google account. Can you help me? Hello, My EA SPORTS WRC technical bug report was automatically marked as spam shortly after I submitted it. It is a legitimate and detailed technical report concerning a reproducible Windows kernel BSOD involving EA Javelin AntiCheat (eaanticheat.sys). The original post ID is 13704193. Could a Community Manager please review the post and restore it if possible? Thank you!
Bug in forum when reporting bug
I went to report a bug a few minutes ago in the "Battlefield 6 bug reports" forum and when I clicked on the "Report a Bug" button the form it brought up was populated with all the info from a previous bug report I had made SU-230 LPV0 on the DB-12 Locked | EA Forums - 13670054. I hit cancel and was brough back to the previous page and once again when I hit the "Report a Bug" button it was populated with the info from that previous bug report. This repeated several times until iI I went ahead and hit publish and it created a duplicate bug report SU-230 LPV0 on the DB-12 Locked | EA Forums - 13696866. I am not deleting the duplicate in case there is any data you can glean from it. After the duplicate was published I was able to get an empty bug report form and clicking the "Report a Bug" button.
Forum paging is painfully antiquated
Howdy Folks, one of the things anyone who uses the forums is well aware of is the pain point that topics with a large number of pages brings. The "Show More" works if you only have a handful of pages to go through. but on topics with a larger number of posts it is completely inadequate and at a certain point many peoples posts might as well not even exists as most people will probably give up clicking on the "Show More" ad nauseam such as when I get a notification of a new post in the following topic Orange Dot Notifications Will Not Clear | EA Forums - 13196010 last night I gave up after click "Show More" 48 times and I was still in posts 3 months old. The paging this forums uses just does not scale well at all and could use a serious upgrade such as in the following image
Forums "The Appropriate Channels" Error Loop
I'd like to start by I have tried "the appropriate channels" advised by forum moderators. I have found out they do not exist, you link us to a non-start ticket/live chat. It is basically an error loop. If I contact live chat, they tell me they do not do anything to with the forums, when it was "escalated" then case was just auto "closed". I'd tell you the situation but literally the post will be deleted. So if a moderator could PM me that be great.
