[Bug] Cannot comment on knowledge articles
As a good citizen of the EA Forums I am reading the EA Forums Tutorials & Rules knowledge base articles. Each of them end with prompts to leave a comment e.g.
But clicking on both the "Comment" element as well as the "Be the first to comment" prompt below does nothing for me. I guess you've locked down commenting permissions on these nodes, but then these widgets should not show.
Grille_Chompa Thanks for raising this one. It is like you guessed, we had commenting on KB articles turned off at the node level, but the logic to display UI seems to only look at the individual KB article level.
Until that is fixed, as there weren't a lot, we have manually marked them all as locked as well, which means it should now no longer be eliciting comments.
Lastly, if there are any errors or suggestions you have for them, just use the "Report" functionality.
