Bug: New Report Doesn’t Always Clear Old Report

It seems that when making a new bug report it doesn’t always clear the old bug report. I have to manually scroll down to the place where it has Cancel (Publish is right below it) and click there. 

Only noticed in the Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes Bug Reports Forum, but that’s the only one I use.

There may be a connection to a new tab? I had it occur when I was using a new tab and had been logged out (which BTW, it would be REALLY nice to not be logged out so frequently)
