Game lag

hello my game keeps running so laggy, like on 2 fps and no matter what I change and do, it keeps doing that

i changed and did a lot of things to the pc settings and game settings but it kepps lagging its just keeps running on like low fps

no matter if its online or offline

with other games it runs smooth but on fc 26 its not

i also tried fc 25 and it runs just fine
please help
