How do we request forum staff to help with a specific game?

Tried opening a more specific version of this and you guys just moved it to a different forum, so trying again. how do we actually get someone to pay attention to the players of a game and their need...

Hi littlemac2014,

There isn't really a way of guaranteeing that an EA staff member will reply to a specific post. This forum is largely intended to be player-driven, where we help each other out. However, they will often respond or post a thread with an update if they have information that they can share about a particular issue.

ah dang, well then i guess that explains why issues and bugs go ignored then. wish they implemented a real bug reporting system since EA Help is even more useless for any actual major issue
