Is it possible to edit a discussion topic after creating it?

I just created a topic for discussion, and wanted to make a few minor changes to the post but can't seem to find anywhere on my mobile browser to do that.

    Hi, it should be, just hit the cog in the top right. It can take a moment to load when you first return to your post, but should show up quickly.

    I saw that there and assumed it was for something else. Guess I should've just clicked on it to see what it really was for. But it was late
