Mass Effect avatars removed?

Used to have Jack as my avatar before the manteneance they did for a couple of days, and now I can't find her. Did EA removed her permanently or can we expect to have ME avatars again? Cause I'm sorry, but I don't like any of the current ones.

    Hi everyone,

    Avatars should work again as intended and there might even be some new Mass Effect avatars in the mix. My username is Spectre for a reason. 😉

    In general we are working on a much better system for avatars that will allow you more customisation options. But that's a future update.

    Posting here because it's related.  I think something has broken with the Avatars, I used to use a Sims character as my avatar but when I logged in today all the Sims ones have disappeared and now there is only a very limited selection available, none of which mean anything to me as I don't play whatever game/s they come from.  See photo below of all I'm being offered.
