Next SKATE TEST Invite

Random question: Does each Evolution of Game Testing change format's? Meaning are they testing on specific gaming consoles, PC & Phones Separately? Or is it openly random? Been trying to test SKATE on Console or Android since the first evolution. But have been chosen to participate in some resent SKATE Insider SURVEYS. Did receive a Play Test invite for Apex Legends awhile back. Just wondering if there is a method to the Madness? I'm assuming the Game Testing Invite email will explain whatever gaming format is needed to actually get set up and officially start testing. Ugh... Any information would be greatly appreciated!
