No notifications on discussions I'm following

I always follow Luthienrising's posts on The Sims 4. With the current one, I'm not getting the daily emails. I've checked my notification settings (multiple times), I've even followed each section of the discussion as well as the discussion itself. I've not gotten any of the updates. Any suggestions, please?

    10 Oct 2026 PC, never mods, limited CC 
    Same for me.  Not getting notifications for new Discussion Reply in topics I am following.
    I have a check mark for following.  
    I get notified for Like A Discussion or Like A Comment. 

    The first two are discussions I started.  The last one is a good story I'm trying to follow.  There may be more topics that I'm missing out on.
