    sailorleontine​  Merging has only been possible on this forum for about ten days.  It was previously possible on Answers HQ, which is how you might see a large number of mega-threads, but on this site, we've had to make do without it this entire time.

    If you think one thread should be merged with another, you can always hit the Report button and explain your reasoning.  And if your post gets merged, it doesn't necessarily mean you did anything wrong; there's a lot of cleanup still to be done, and no one is pointing fingers, just trying to get organized again.

sure there are exceptions

maybe we get the same certain country ideas but the ideas what it is about is entirely different, we can always edit the tittle so it won't have to merge it into an already existing one (like for examble maybe someone have an idea based on Germany but 1 person want a car pack but the other want a more tradition kind of way pack based on Germany so the ideas could be entirely different based on a Germany based world)

but my point is: i see similair ideas, especially the descriptions what it is about

especially newcomers may not have an idea they can search their ideas up before creating a new post which is very similair to their ideas (i've been there)
