Not really sadly, but just incase the details because it is in regards to a moderator I'll DM you, because I don't want to be banned for explaining what a moderator did... again needs to be loosened up because I think more users would like to know how to deal with situations that don't fall perfectly to the in place protocols.
Responded to your DM HollownessDevour, but worth mentioning here that a DM is absolutely the right way to handle this to avoid running afoul of the rule about discussing moderation. Thanks for taking it to DMs rather than getting into it more here.
Even to this small extent in this thread, it's easy to see how quickly that can derail a topic to debating a specific incident or action that was taken, which is not the point of this or any other forum thread. If you or anyone else believes a CM overstepped with an action, you are more than welcome to report their post or profile to ensure that's reviewed outside their purview.

In my case I accidentally/forgot the zero tolerance for just saying "please do not mark my post as solved". But IMHO that rule could be lightened up on (aka free expression so I IMO is on topic).
