Question about Forums lag
Why does Forums have a time difference between when you make a post and when people can actually see it? The latest post here I can see is by GreenSunRedMoon that Forums says was made 38 minutes ago, but when you click on it it says it was made 9 hours ago. What gives?

Good question! In the video, it looks like you were checking the 'Most Recent' tab, which shows recent activity, including comments on threads. So the '38 minutes ago' message is referring to the reply someone left on the thread OP created 9 hours ago, which is the most recent activity, and not the creation of the thread itself. If you check the 'Newest Topic' tab, the timestamps there match OP and don't take replies into account.
