Sims 4 Hobbies and business expansion pack.

Basically the new world will NOT load I just get a white screen. I have already tried repair on the EA app, I have uninstalled and reinstalled all games and ad-ons. I do not have any mods I do have cc but they are disabled. I have moved my sims game from electronic arts folder to my own desktop and still will not work.
