My game is bugged

I startet the game round about two weeks ago again and as soon as I reached the PennyHunt a bug happened . I went from Adventure to Arena and after some wins back to the menu where to choose the 3 modes but...suddenly pennyhunt was locked again and every single butten stopped working accept for arena.Back in arena everything seemed normal again but since a week now the menu to cjose the modes doesnt work anymore and I can only rech Penny/Adventure through the quests in the start menu. So I decoded to clear cache redtart my mobile and reinstall the game...nothing helped. I'd be really happy for helping me. 

PS: Im not sure what information to include in my letter with reference to getting help and btw Im german so sorry if I wrote things wrong.
