This might not be the response you were hoping for, but I'm afraid we aren't able to change or escalate appeals here on the forums, as we lack the necessary tools to do so. When it comes to account actions that don't feel right, you'll need to continue following these steps to create an appeal so our Terms of Service team can take another look.
If you've received an appeal-declined message, it means the team has found evidence supporting the ban, but you'll continue to have the opportunity to appeal as long as the team doesn't respond with a message stating they consider the decision final. Each appeal is manually reviewed by a different member of the ToS team.
Once you create the appeal, please keep an eye on your case history page, and the ToS team will reach out via email. Thanks!
That is precisely the problem. Despite my repeated objections, the decision remains unchanged. I do not have any other accounts; I play the game entirely on my own, and whatever evidence they claim to have found is incorrect. This situation demonstrates the stupidity of the people who made this decision and shows that they are not doing their jobs properly. As someone who has been playing this game since 1997, I curse all the EA FIFA employees. A bunch of fools have ended up in these jobs. **bleep** a team like this. I will speak out against this injustice done to me in every setting and through every legal channel available. Everyone should stay away from EA games.
