Account Compromised
I honestly don’t even know what else to do at this point, so I’m making this post hoping someone from EA/Respawn sees it.
My Apex account was hacked, and whoever got into it ended up getting the account banned. I was also locked out of my email for a while, so I couldn’t properly deal with the situation when it first happened.
I finally managed to regain access to my email and my EA account. I’ve already contacted support and even had Russian chat support try to help me recover everything, so I’ve been trying to get this sorted out for a while now.
The biggest thing I want to make clear is that I wasn't the person cheating on the account. Someone else had unauthorized access to it while I didn't.
I completely understand why EA bans people for cheating, and I'm not asking them to just ignore the ban. I’m asking for someone to actually look at what happened with my account and hopefully review the login history, account activity, and when the ban happened.
If there’s a way to prove that the account was compromised, I’m more than willing to provide whatever information EA needs.
I’ve put a lot of time into this account, and it honestly sucks knowing that someone else can get into your account, use cheats, and then leave you dealing with the consequences.
If anyone from EA/Respawn sees this, please take a look at my case or point me toward someone who can actually investigate it.
I’m just trying to get my account back and have the situation looked at fairly. Any help or even getting this in front of the right person would mean a lot.

Unfortunately we can't look into bans here on the forums. If you want to raise a dispute to try and get the account unbanned, I'd recommend reaching out to our terms of service team. They're the ones who can take a look into this for you.
