Play Pro Subscription problem
Dear EA, I have a few questions about your products and how badly you manage your developer's and QA's teams how hard is for you to make sure that you sell a nice and ready product I am paying every month about 18$ for your Play Pro membership and half of this time ether there is problem with servers or there is a problem with your products who is gonna compensait all people around the world like me which are scrulled by your services? Almost 1 hour has passed after you launched the EA FC26, and still, a problem, and every player using the EA PLAY PRO subscription membership can't log in. What are you gonna do about that, except to just fix these problems of yours? P.S. This is not a hate message, just a reminder that we are not gonna tolerate you and your mistakes anymore.A true disappointment
This is a joke. I'm sure that the 12 year olds are going to go crazy for this game for exactly 1 week. The game is terrible. The only thing I like, which I thought that I would hate, is the character creator, which is only good because Session doesn't actually have one. I can't believe that this is what I waited for. Micro casino's and laggy servers. Androgenous clothes and no pros. The effort is clear, and I won't support it. At least you could have added an XL/Session option to make it feel more real. It's not like the scheme is brand new. Good luck with the "Modern Audience". We all know how long their attention span is, and how deep their wallets go.
My PlayStation account is linked to an unknown email
I’ve just tried to link my PlayStation account to my ea account so I can keep playing skate on cross progression between steam and PlayStation upon trying to do this it said I couldn’t do it due to my PlayStation account already being associated with an account “ba*****@gmail.com.“ I have no clue who this email is and need it removed so I can actually play. I can provide proof of ownership of the PlayStation accountCan’t Unlink Account
I’ve been going back and forth with EA advisors for the past couple days about my EA account being hacked and unlinked from my Xbox and a new random one i can’t access being linked instead. I’ve provided information and proof about me being the Xbox account holder as well as the unlinked account holder, but it’s not good enough apparently because they want proof of ownership about the account currently linked (hacked one) which i clearly don’t have because it’s not mine. They’ve even said they can see suspicious logins and activity around the time it got unlinked. I was then told they’ve passed it onto another team for investigation but now when I try to resume the case I can’t even access the live chat because I get the usual “this issue isn’t supported by advisors.” All I want is for this random account to be unlinked, and my old one of nearly 11 years linked back to it, surely as the console owner I should have a say in which accounts are linked to it.Problem to log in to my account on EA.com
Hi, I'm having trouble logging into my account. It has my old email address, which I lost, and it's linked to my Xbox account. The website asks me for verification codes on my old, lost email address. I need help and would like to change my email address to the new one.MY EA ACCOUNT 2 YEARS HACKED NO SUPPORT
The account I use is [edit: email address removed], which is registered in Turkey, and I live in Turkey as well. It's clear that the added account is from a foreign country and definitely does not belong to me.I created a second EA account using [edit: email address removed]. I wanted to add my new account here, but I can't delete this email address from my account no matter what I do. I wrote to EA Help, but I haven't received a response yet.
