Account Help!
I need help getting into my old EA account. I no longer have access to the email that it is linked to. I canceled that email a couple years ago and it’s not recoverable from Google that account is linked to my Xbox account and then chatting with one of the support representatives I couldn’t provide enough information for them to give it to me even though I gave them a screenshot of my Xbox account with an EA purchase. And I have a screenshot showing that the account that my Xbox account is linked to that EA account they basically said that because I don’t have enough information they can’t do anything about it so I have to get a whole new Xbox gamer tag now? This is insane. There has to be another way to verify this.
Help linking psn account.
I am trying to link my account to my PSN account so I can get my early access to the battlefield beta that I received an email about. I am getting an error message. Linked Accounts Found Your accounts can't be linked because your PlayStation™Network account offshore_lugger already linked to your EA Account for 6c*****@disabled.ea.com. Hey everyone who the hell do I talk to about my account being disabled? It says my account has been locked from a product (battlefield) and (madden) due to a violation of EA user agreement. But I haven’t done anything wrong and have no violations. They make it harder than pulling teeth to talk to anyone. Thanks.Can’t login email access is gone
I have been trying for months now to recover an account.The email linked to it no longer exists cause it was a school account. I need to unlink my Xbox from the old email to the new new account I made now catch is every time I open a case or live chat they can’t help me or they just stopped even helping me and don’t reply and the chats don’t even open , I’m at a loss what to do and I have 100s of dollars in games I can’t even play either I need this fixed or a refund

EA ruining Plants vs Zombies 2 since 2017, taking away its good quality, removing Ultimate Battle and Demonstration Minigame themes of each world, Cabbage-Pult is eliminated from ancient Egypt and moved to tutorial, not bringing new worlds, and nothing. EA is crap! PvZ 2 China is the best!
My account was banned. I appealed and it was denied. Help!
Hello, Ive made an appeal and was denied already and now my account is just locked out with no support or any way to contact anyone.. I havent been on this email, EA, or on any EA game in quite some time. Im not sure why my account was even banned but it was not me. I have had this account for years with no penalties.. I got on to check out the new battlefield 6 news. Can someone please help me with this so I can reset my password please?? Is there anyone that can message me or something and not just point me to another website to read on support? I have several purchased games on this account and I really just want to be able to play BF6 when this beta drops.. My twitch account that I got an early beta access key is linked to the banned account otherwise Id just keep this new one. Any help would be appreciated!Someone made an account under the email I'm using for said account?
So I got an email saying someone had made, and verified, this account using my current email address, naturally I made sure to change the password to this account and all its information, but... I don't understand the motive? Were they waiting for me to log in so they could get my details on the off chance I didn't change the password? To be clear, I did not make this account, it was made using my email and I'm just trying to stay logged in till I know what's going on. I'm not sure what to do about it, are there any other security measures I should be taking here? It's not like they had access to my payment methods or anything, I'm really baffled and concerned. I also changed the password for my email of course, it did scare me that they managed to verify the account somehow, but there's no new logins detected on gmail so I have no idea what's going on. Also if it matters, the email address I received all this info from was mailto:EA@e.ea.com, I wasn't sure if it was legit so I made sure to only log into the website itself, wasn't gonna risk falling for a phishing scam. So yeah, any advice? Should I be worried, should I be doing something else? I appreciate any and all help.
