it told me wait time was 3 minutes.
So i tried another browser, and made double checked that i didnt have a VPN active. Again wait time 3 minutes. i filled out the form and i got a mesage from an Agent but in the fraction of a second it said (in german) "conversation has been ended due to loss of connection". So i figured id try again but now the live chat option is missing. Ill go to the same place i found it last time and its just not there.
I figured id have a look in my active cases and see if i can continue there. The big blue continue case button just lead me to an article, which had the hyperlink "get in touch with us", which would lead me to a page recommending me to look at an Article, which turned out to be the same Article i had just come from.
I tried closing the active case to see if thats why the live chat option was missing, but that didnt help either. The live chat option still isnt there. Is there maybe a cooldown or something like that? Is it worth trying again later?
I realize theres not much anyone here can do to help me at this point, so just want to thank you for your patience :)

If several cases have been opened in a short time (even if those were opened due to technical issues), the live chat option will disappear for a while.
You can try again in a few hours or try and contact them as a guest, so without being logged in. That way, you should have the chance to choose live support again.
