EA Ban Appeal Bug
I was suspended from Apex Legends a while back. EA provided me a link to appeal the ban, however since then, I have not been able to get back into my account at all. I have verified the password, however, when I click the link to appeal and enter my email, I receive "This email is not eligible for an EA account" If I try to reset the password I receive an "This email or ID is invalid" I have spoken to the 1st level advisors who are unfortunately very unhelpful. They can see the account exists and have sent me one-time codes for the purpose of authentication but I still cannot get into the account at all. I think this is a bug on EA side as presumably the suspension should be lifted by now or they should have suspended for just Apex, and not my entire account? Has anybody else experienced this or received support that actually resolved the issue? I've had multiple cases and promised escalations from advisors that lead to nothing with the last advice of create a forum post - so here I am. Note the account I am using to create this post is NOT the account that is suspended. Figured I'd be clear on that.28Views0likes2CommentsUnlinking Steam Account from EA Account
The title is a process that is not possible?? I can't get any professional help from EA; can't unlink the account from my steam to link my main profile to it?? EA might be the worst when it comes to "EA Help" That being said, if anyone has any suggestions let me know, add me on disc: realrevs36Views1like1CommentPermanent Ban Without Explanation – Only Played 2–3 Rounds in Open Beta
Hi, I received an email on Sunday saying that my EA account was permanently suspended due to a violation of the User Agreement or Terms of Sale. I have already submitted an appeal through the official channel, but I wanted to raise it here as well because the situation is very confusing. Here’s what makes this so strange: I only played 2–3 rounds in the Open Beta. I play on Xbox. I have never used mods, cheats, exploits, or any third-party software. I didn’t use voice chat or send any in-game messages. Because of this, I genuinely don’t understand why my account has been closed. The email gave no specific reason beyond a generic “violation.” It’s quite worrying to be permanently banned under these circumstances, and I’d appreciate if anyone from EA or the community could shed some light on whether others have experienced something similar. Thanks in advance.Solved67Views0likes7CommentsOld EA Account Unlink
I have a very old playstation account that my father connected hos EA account to about pobably 12-15 years ago and we cant remeber the password to login. The problem is that the email he has connected to it has been discontinued so we cant reset the password either. And when i try to get help from EA they say they cant help me even tho i gave them every information possible of an account that hasnt been used for 10+ years. I gave them the correct email, correct informatiom that no games has been purchased on that account, i gave them the correct olaystatiom id its connected to and still they said the information wasnt good enough. How am i suppose to unlink them so i can connect my own EA account to my playstation.40Views1like1CommentHacked account and email changed
Just as a heads up, If your account is hacked by an Iran or Israeli hacker (Somewhere where EA is forbidden) and you have sms verification active, EA auto disables it due to not being available in their country, be warned about this. Been trying to use the SMS function to recover a password but due to the hacker being in another country the SMS system disables itself, ive already tried talking to help about it and they are trying to say it is send out limitations but you cant have a limitation if nothing is received. Ive also tried email recovery but naturally they have already changed that as well.Solved36Views2likes1CommentSteam is still linked to my old banned EA account
Hi, I need help with a linking issue. My Steam account is still connected to an old EA account that got banned in Apex Legends. I recently created a new EA account using the same email as my Steam, but Apex always tries to connect Steam with the old banned EA account. I tried the “Unlink” option on EA Help, but the button does nothing (no response at all). I tested with Chrome, Incognito, and other browsers but the issue remains. Can EA Support manually unlink my Steam account from the old EA account, so I can link it to my new EA account instead? I understand all progress from the banned account will be lost. Thank you.Solved32Views0likes1CommentI DID NOT CREATE THIS ACCOUNT!!!! TRYING TO DELETE IT BUT IT DOESNT WORK!!!!!!!
