Bf6 high GPU temperature in the menu
Good evening, my GPU in the BF6 menu is running at very high temperatures, 80°C. I noticed that there is no frame cap in the game menu. When I'm in the menu, the GPU is being used at 100%, which is why it reaches such high temperatures. Need help from EA pls. I just got my PS5 and I accidently linked my EA account to the wrong PSN account (I know that's on me). I now have to wait 6 months to be able to unlink and connect the account I want to use. I contacted help and unfortunately that can't assist as its locked from the system, can someone kindly assist? I'm honestly so tired of fighting with EA, but I need to vent, so here's my rant/story about why I've been boycotting EA for 14 years. I know nobody will read this, and there's a good chance the mods will just lock or delete it, but c'est la vie. Around the release of Battlefield 3, I was stationed in Germany as a U.S. servicemember. I was pretty hyped for BF3; I'd been playing Battlefield since BF1942. So, when BF3 finally hit the Base Exchange, I went and bought the Limited Edition with access to the 'Back to Karkand' expansion when it got released. My problems began when I got home and went to install it. At the time, EA had just relaunched and rebranded their store app as Origin. Using Origin was a requirement to play Battlefield 3. I started installing BF3, and when it got to the part where I had to download Origin, the only option available was to download the German version because I had a German IP. I do not speak Deutsche. I had a similar issue with Steam in Korea, so I mailed their support, and they quickly responded with a fix to access the U.S. store and all of my content. I figured the case would be the same with EA, so I mailed support explaining my situation and expected they'd quickly send me a link to download the U.S. version of Origin. Here's the response I received: "Greetings , Thank you for contacting EA customer services. It is always a pleasure to assist our customer. I can understand how frustrating issues like this can be and I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. I understood your concern. I want to inform you that you can purchase the game only according to country price from where you want to purchase the game. I suggest you to contact your friend who know German or you can use Google translator to understand the conversation. We are looking forward to assist you! Regards, Kaushal EA> world wide customer expert." Not only did the outsourced help not understand my complaint, but the entire suggestion was to 'contact a friend who knows German'. I was dumbstruck. About a month later, hoping for a different result, I tried opening up a new ticket and explaining again what my issue was. I'm not going to post the response to that one, as it was just a long copy/paste pre-formatted explanation on how to clear the cache on Origin and re-install. Again, it completely ignored my actual issue. Anyway, a month later I bought another EA game - Star Wars: The Old Republic. I couldn't play that one because you had to sign up with a credit card, but they didn't accept APO, AE addresses in their system. When I contacted them about that, they told me to try to find a gametime card. Even if I did find one, that would have meant I had to spend even more money when the game clearly advertised itself as coming with one free month of playtime. After that, I decided never to buy an EA game again. What really sticks in my craw now, however, is that all of my friends are playing Battlefield 6 and bugging me every day to 'just buy it', but there's no way I'm giving more money to a company that screwed me twice on brand new games and refused to help in any way. The funny thing is, I see their social media, and they're just handing out game keys for Twitch giveaways or random people posting about their birthday, and I can't even get them to look at my tickets. /endrant10Views0likes0CommentsEA Ticket

Tickets seems to not work at all not a single explanation why contact support doesn't work on help.ea.com , there is not a single case number, i've send around 4 tickets and nothing happen. I would really like to request a feature for EA account management. I cant remove/delete game personas. One of them is from a past game long forgotten (battlefield heroes). Even EA support was appearntly unable to remove them so a way to remove these or even hide them from my profile would be appreciated. Im still unsure how EA help cant remove it either. Happy for suggestions on how other people circumvent this issue. I was told by EA help that only deleting my account would remove them, but that would also remov and EA game progress.... I have requested my account and data be erased/deleted twice now and it still hasn't been delt with. And I can not be told a date or even a time frame. It's my legal rights to have this deleted. This company doesn't seem to acknowledge this at all. Been on live chat twice once waited for over an hour and the person just left when I asked for a time frame. Was that bad of me? EA are you ever going to fix the server for us here in South Africa. How can i play battle field 6 and get 4 MS but on EA FC 26 i never get a stable ping game never not once. You say you aware of the issue we get no compensation but must live through this frustration that you ignore. we as a community here in South Africa are getting fed up. I was purchasing packs on sale and I bought Home Chef Hustle Stuff pack. It errored the first time I purchased, so I tried again and it went through. It ended up being a completed transaction TWICE on my payment method, so I emailed mailto:[edit: email address removed] to inquire about a refund. Did not hear back. I then filed a chargeback, because I was double charged, and after investigation, got my refund. EA then put a strike on my account for violating their payment fraud policies. So tell me how I was supposed to get my money back since EA was not responding? I can only use one of the same stuff pack on my account. When you purchased a content pack, it moves to owned packs and you aren't able to purchase again. So how was it possible to purchase the same stuff pack twice? It even lists it twice in my purchases on my EA profile. I appealed the strike on my account, showed them I was charged twice, showed them I emailed and it wasn't resolves, and they denied my appeal. There should not be a strike on my account because I wanted my money back after EA double charged me.
