So let me get this straight EA
Someone hacks my account, changes my email address without my knowlege or consent, links a bunch of things on there that i have absolutely no idea about (like links an xbox account and a nintendo account adds games on there that i do NOT own and have no intention of EVER owning like apex or a soccer game) gets access to my battlefront II game. does all kinds of shady things like cheating and what not that get me banned from my account that im not even accessed to back in january 2025 a couple weeks after i last played the game. doesnt send me any email regarding this (because again account got hacked an email got deleted) and almost 2 years later when i decide to hop back on again i find out i cant cause im banned and had to get back access to my account and yet DESPITE ALL OF THAT, you wont remove the ban on my account!?! and it takes me having to use a back up account to go on a public forum just to hopefully get the ball moving and have an actual human address my case???

Good morning. I am writing because, due to the changes you made to the game, I am no longer able to play; my computer locks up because of the new Secure Boot requirements you introduced. The product I purchased from you was not cheap, and I would like to request a refund. As a consumer, I have this right because the product was altered after my purchase—half the content I paid for was removed, and the changes make it completely impossible for me to play the game I bought. After applying your recommended settings, my computer freezes and an error appears, making it very difficult to revert to factory settings.Syria IP Ban

Hello EA and FC community, first of all thank you for your efforts. I am a football fan who has been enjoying playing EA FC for a long time. Career Mode is especially the most important game mode for me. Among the rumors and leaks about the upcoming FC 27, the possibility of a Chairman Mode (Owner Mode) is what excites me the most. I have a few questions about this: Is it planned to add a “Chairman Mode” to FC 27 Career Mode, or is this purely a community rumor? If it is added, what kind of authority will we have as players in this mode—will we have full control over club finances, sponsorships, stadium management, youth development, and hiring managers? Is there any officially confirmed information or timeline from EA regarding the development of this mode? I believe this feature would bring a completely new level of strategy and depth to the game, and I would be very happy if any official statement or hint could be shared on this topic. This game studio is a joke
ive been banned today off apex legends for "Game Enhancement", Ive appealed, and gotten the same slop response word for word. its honestly a joke, EA banning innocent players for using ALLOWED launch commands, and they let cheaters, xims, strikepacks and titans run free, the last 20 matches ive played have had cheaters in them, its a joke, if someone from this god **bleep** game studio had the decency to explain to me what ive actually done wrong, it would be appreciated, AND NO. I AM NOT GOING TO APPEAL AGAIN. SO DO NOT LINK IT.
Please add Japanese character support to EA IDs
Hello, I would like to suggest adding support for Japanese characters, including Katakana, Hiragana and Kanji, to EA IDs. I am known online as “Misty”, but on Discord and other places I use the Katakana version of my nickname: ミスティ. I would really like to use ミスティ as my EA ID as well, especially because I mainly play Battlefield and I would like to have the same online identity across the platforms I use. I tried entering ミスティ in the EA ID settings, but the system immediately displays an “Enter a valid EA ID” error. I understand that EA IDs need restrictions for security and moderation purposes, but would it be possible to support Japanese Unicode characters while still applying the existing name filters? EA has players from all around the world, so I think support for additional writing systems would be a useful improvement for many players, not just me. I would appreciate it if this feedback could be passed to the team responsible for the EA Account and EA ID system. Thank you!
