I started this discussion because I only now just found out about you guys Cancelling and shutting down STO. Are you Serious?!?! I've had this same game for years, built so much and invested so much into it not to mention it was a truly great thing you did in celebration of and for the love of the Simpsons and you just ripped years of game play and a game that was cherished and loved away from all of us. 😱😥💔👎
If Andrew Wilson loves live service so much, resume development on Anthem.
Anthem still has life in it. Even today, matchmaking finds players to play with (on PC, I haven't tried console) and freeplay still has people running around and 10k people are willing to sign a petition so who knows maybe it's time to give it another try. Charged terminal illness patient with limited income 2x then removed game
Can EA give me a human and not automated response? Y’all billed me 2x and when 1 charge was reversed of the DOUBLE billed you decided to remove my game, tell me I’m one infarct away from being banned and when I gave proof you sent an auto email back. EA double charged me for 4 sims 4 DLC. I caught it on PayPal instead of roughly $60 I was charged over $120 on a limited income with a **bleep** terminal illness that uses this game to escape. I reached out to PayPal they verified I was billed DOUBLE werewolves & a bundle when on sale. Now you’ve sent me emails saying I have to rebuy it (now not on sale and way over budget) when y’all billed me 2x for each item I purchased. Now I’m out $60+ and you removed my game that I paid for, again, DOUBLE for. Please a human contact me. Thanks.
Wrongfully Banned by EA – No Real Investigation, No Support, Just Silence
I wanted to share my recent experience with EA because I feel completely let down and unheard. My account, “Flasy,” was suddenly banned for supposedly being involved in coin distribution in EA SPORTS FC. This came out of nowhere—no warning, no explanation, just a permanent ban right before the weekend (which is the only time I get to actually play). What’s even more frustrating is how EA handled it. I submitted an appeal, explained everything in detail, and even attached screenshots of my recent in-game transactions showing nothing suspicious. I’ve never bought, sold, or transferred coins—ever. Still, I got a generic email saying the decision stands, with no actual evidence or mention of what I supposedly did wrong. And here’s the kicker: I even spoke to EA Live Chat support, and the agent I talked to said they didn’t see any suspicious activity on my account. That just adds to the confusion. If live support can’t even find an issue, how was I banned? I’ve asked repeatedly for the case to be escalated to someone higher up or for a more detailed review, but I’m just getting ignored at this point. It honestly feels like EA doesn’t care. After years of playing and spending real money, it’s like they’re just taking my investment and kicking me out without cause. Has anyone else experienced this? Were you ever able to actually get your account back or talk to someone with real authority? I’m not giving up on this because I know I’ve done nothing wrong. If you’ve been through something similar or have any advice, I’d really appreciate it.
