Account Link

I tried linking my steam account to my EA app but it has been linked to another EA account that I don't know of. I have tried to get a case on EA help but I either did it wrong or don't know how to do it properly because I can't find an option of unlinking a linked account on EA help. Can anyone help me please?

    Same problem here, also no ea ap for pc I play sw galaxy of heroes. It keeps saying to link accounts but when I tried from mobile it won't let me. So now I can't play on pc
