Account linking.
I accidentally unlinked my PlayStation Network from my original EA account. I regained access to the original EA account and changed its email, but now my PSN won’t reconnect. The Connected Accounts page shows no PlayStation account, and when I try to link it I get “Something went wrong”.

Sorry to hear you’re still unable to reconnect your PlayStation account after regaining access to your original EA Account.
Since you’ve already unlinked the PSN account, please avoid making any further account-linking changes for now. There can be restrictions on relinking accounts, and repeatedly unlinking or linking accounts may also affect your game progress and content.
You can try resetting the password for your original EA Account and then attempting to link your PlayStation account again.
