Account not connected

Hello to whom this may concern,

 

my BlackAfro23 account is link to someone else’s and I have no idea who. I am unable to play any of my EA sports games because of it.  How do I fix this?

    Hey Blackafro23​,

    It looks like you're linked to an old, disabled EA account. You can restore that account by resetting the password via the original email address, but if that either isn't working or if you can't remember what the email address might be then I'd recommend reaching out to our live support team. They can take a look ata this for you.

    I have tried to reset my password a few time and it didn’t work.

    It should just be a case of using the link to contact the live support team that EA_QueenBee included in that case. They should be able to help you out with this.
