Account recovery

I’m locked out of my EA Account and the EA Help AI keeps looping on “what game are you playing?” even though this is an EA Account recovery issue, not a game issue.

 

I need a working way to create an account recovery case or contact an EA advisor. I cannot get past the AI flow. Please provide a direct working contact path for EA Account recovery.

    Hi there. Just choose a game and you should get past that part. I know this is an account issue, but you have to choose a game to proceed. Thanks!
