Account stolen, click submit without response

The Chinese mobile number has been hacked, and the account needs to be recovered. I have a record of purchases on the STEAM platform, including Apex Coins 

contacted customer service and clicked submit, but there was no response. I am unable to submit

Account stolen EA official website, unable to contact customer service to submit. Clicking submit has no response. The browser needs to be replaced and the accelerator needs to be used. Clicking submit still has no response

    Hey nksgbdfjhheu​,

    If your account was hacked but you're having trouble reaching out to live support, could you try reaching out via an incognito window and without logging in? Sometimes that can help solve the issue. If that doesn't work, do you have another browser you could use?
