I know that the mods of this forum don't have the power to change anything, but im really hoping for some guidance. My account was compromised and the hacker changed the email. Ive been able to login via my 2fa, but i cannot change my email back. Any support message I send with a case number gets reported back to the hackers email. I reached out to the live support, but its been 3+ hours with no reply. Any help would be appreciated.

Could you let us know exactly what happens when you try to contact support through the live chat? For example, does the chat remain stuck waiting for an advisor, fail to open, disconnect, or show an error message? Please avoid sharing any personal or account information here.
Once we better understand what is happening with the chat, we may be able to offer some guidance on the next step.
