all bans are permanent? its legal delete a account?

i have a account ban for conduct for typing a word in apex legends,  just don't have access to all other games like battlefield series. this ban are permanent? this is not should be legal whatsoever

    Hi there. When you play our games, you're agreeing to our Terms of Service. When the rules are broken bad enough, a permanent ban can be issued. More information on bans, as well as instructions for disputing them can be found in the article here.
