    To find your backup codes to get you logged in, you can check the Security and Privacy tab of your EA account. Go to Backup Codes and select View to find them.

    If you're having troubles logging in and can't access these codes, you can contact the live support team so they can take a look with you. To reach out to that team, you can submit a request here.
