EA Proof of Purchase (PS5)
Team, As on 25 July 2026, the Playstation Store (on console) does not generate a Transaction details page instead it just generates a QR which when scanned leads to PS Store web or app (if installed). Due to above changes, generated a console transaction detail screenshot necessary as per EA proof of purchase policy is impossible.
