Are there still any advisors available at all?
I keep trying to contact support using this form: https://help.ea.com/en/customer-care/ (Which was a pain to find, by the way, I literally had to google it and find a link in a Reddit post) I've switched between reasons and issues but it all gives me the same screen: I am an EU citizen and I want to exercise my Right To Be Forgotten. That issue isn't supported. I've asked to delete my account. Not supported. Tried other reasons: game breaking bug in The Sims 4. Not supported. Can't launch The Sims 4. Not supported. Asking for troubleshooting tips in Spore. Not supported. Asked to view account data. Not supported. More troubleshooting tips in another game. Not supported. Link an account. Not supported. That was yesterday. I'm trying again today, using the chat bot this time. Still no support, not even if I claim my account was hacked, which should be an emergency situation. I'm at my wits end right now. I don't use this account anymore, but it still has all of my data, stored in a vault, guarded by nothing but machines, being carelessly bought and sold with no repercussions whatsoever. And I can't do anything about it because the support team seemingly doesn't exist. I'm going to leave this here and I'm not coming back until at least 24 hours from now. I need to take a break...💀 Just in case: please don't refer me to the help site. I've tried. Doesn't work. Give me an actual e-mail or phone number I can contact you with, or something else. Literally anything but the help site (or Twitter).214Views0likes20CommentsCan't Access Family Management
I haven't been able to go to my Family Management section of my profile for a very long time. It keeps giving me an error message, "Something went wrong. We ran into a technical issue. Try again later." Any steps to correct? The automated chat bot is absolutely useless, and I suspect I'll need a human to review my account to see what's going on. Thank you.21Views0likes3CommentsAccount Verification
Hi all, as title says I’m trying to verify my EA Account, the email and phone number I associate with the account don’t exist no more. I’ve been told the only way to then recover it is a recognised device. Which my account says has been used this year 2026 but I don’t have it as of 2025 (upgraded to a Series X)which raises an alarm bells with me that someone may have access to my EA or linked account. Is there anyway it can be recovered on EAs end? Addon: I managed to log into Skate. On my Series X to redeem rewards for N7 day so shouldn’t it not have updated to the Series X Thanks49Views0likes6CommentsHelp unlinking a spam EA account from my Steam account
I purchased Dragon Age II with all DLCs on my steam account, but to access the DLCs it required me to open an EA account, which I did, and then asked me to link it to my steam account. However, when I try to link it, I get a message saying there is already an EA account linked to my steam. I have never linked an EA account to my steam account and the email address they partially display in the error message is clearly a spam address (@orgasmail.com) not a real one. I have spent all morning on the help page trying to find a way to actually ask someone for help but the bot just asks the same questions over and over and ignores my answers. I don't know how a spam email could have linked to my Steam through EA because I have 2FA set up on Steam and have never received notification that someone was trying to link them. Steam are not able to assist because the linking is all done at the EA end. Can someone please assist having this spam account removed and unlinked to me?17Views0likes1Comment6 Month Wait to Relink Account
I have paid for a lot of DLC for the sims 4 on steam. recently I created a family account on steam so my daughter could play games too. I didn't know that EA was even more greedy than I initially thought and that they have blocked any kind of family sharing in the hopes that you buy everything more than once. I accidently linked my daughters steam profile to my ea account not realizing that all my DCL would be blocked. now after spending days with "support" who cant actually do anything and just keep saying "try to understand" over and over I am told to wait 6 month to access content that I HAVE PAID FOR.Solved46Views0likes7CommentsEscalation of Ban Appeal
Hi everyone, I’m posting here after going through the standard Terms of Service appeal process for an account ban for Apex Legends, which unfortunately resulted in a denial without much detail. I’m hoping to get additional visibility on my situation because there are several indicators that my account was compromised. My account was banned following two strikes that were both issued to my account on a PC platform both times — I do not own or use a PC, just a MacBook that I use for school and work, which is what initially raised concern for me. I am a new father, so this last year my time playing the game has gone down considerably, but I only ever played Apex Legends and Star Wars Battlefront. After looking into my account further, I found: Several saved devices that I do not recognize (all since deleted, except for my Xbox) My account region had been changed to Burundi without my knowledge Two appeals had already been submitted on my account that I did not write or authorize Based on this, I know there was unauthorized access to my account and that the actions leading to the ban were not mine. No incidents have occurred when I was logged in on my Xbox according to what I can see. I completely understand and respect EA’s policies around enforcement, and I am grateful they are making an effort to keep the community fair and equitable, but I’m asking for a secondary review of my case from a security standpoint, given the clear signs of account compromise. If an EA moderator or staff member could help escalate this for a deeper review, I would greatly appreciate it. I’m more than willing to provide any additional information needed to verify ownership and secure the account. If anyone knows how I can reach EA past the appeal process, please let me know. Thank you for your time and consideration.Solved20Views0likes1Comment
