Duplicate Payment Issue
Dear EA Support Team, I recently purchased The Sims 4 DLC: Life and Death, but I was charged twice for the same item. It appears that a duplicate payment was made for a single game purchase. Please review this issue and kindly process a refund for the extra charge. Order Number: [removed] Thank you for your assistance.Solved86Views0likes2CommentsLocked out of account
Hello I recently purchased EA Sports team and ask for me to login. It said I already had a EA account linked to my Xbox profile. I have no way of accessing this email nor do I remember much of any information linked with the EA account. All I have is my Xbox account I’m not sure how else to unlink my Xbox account from any account so I can start over. I keep being asked for information, but I don’t know what to give them. I’m trying my best I feel there has to be a way to unlink the account.6Views0likes0CommentsEA Support is Designed to Exhays Players Instead of Helping Them
I am writing because EA Support has completely failed to resolve my problem. The entire experience has been frustrating, exhausting, and honestly disrespectful. I have already spoken with at least 12 different support agents, and none of them have been able to help. Instead of receiving real assistance, I keep being transferred from one agent to another, forced to repeat the same explanations over and over again. One agent simply told me to wait 24 hours. That was his only response. He did not explain what would happen after those 24 hours, did not provide any real solution, and clearly just wanted to end the conversation. Another agent even told me to contact Microsoft Support instead of EA Support, as if this were not EA own licensing system causing the problem. Passing responsibility to another company is not a solution. I am tired of constantly checking my email to send verification codes again and again, explaining the same issue from the beginning to every new agent, repeatedly proving that my EA Play subscription is active, being asked for irrelevant information, and waiting long periods just to receive the same useless responses. It honestly feels like the support system is designed to wear players down until they give up. Agents always seem to need to have the last word before closing the chat, so they keep asking pointless questions or giving meaningless instructions just to extend the conversation. Eventually, when the user gets tired and stops responding, they close the case as if it had been resolved. For example, the last agent I spoke with closed the chat after only four minutes of me not replying, even though I had already been chatting with him for more than an hour. During that time, I had to wait repeatedly while he delayed the conversation, apparently hoping I would accept his solution of waiting 24 hours and contacting Microsoft because maybe the payment did not process, which makes absolutely no sense. This is not real support. This is simply an attempt to close cases instead of solving problems. Instead of actual help, I keep receiving generic and irrelevant suggestions. I have been told to clear my cache, restart my device, reinstall the app, that I do not have an EA Play subscription, or that I should contact Microsoft Support instead. None of these responses have anything to do with my real issue. For example, one of the official responses I received was the following. Thank you for contacting EA Support. My name is Abhishek and I hope you are doing well. After reviewing your case, I have concluded that you contacted us regarding the EA Play subscription through Xbox Game Pass. Do not worry, I will help you as much as possible. You do not have any EA Play subscription on your account. Thank you again for contacting EA Support. This answer was completely wrong and ignored the actual situation. This is my real problem. I currently have EA Play active through Xbox Game Pass, which should grant me full access to Battlefield 1. However, the game appears in my library as expired because I previously used the 10 hour trial. The system is recognizing that old temporary trial license instead of the valid EA Play license that I have right now. Because of this, I cannot play the game even though I am fully entitled to it. What I need is very simple. Please remove the old 10 hour trial license from my account so that the correct EA Play license can be recognized. That is the entire issue. No cache clearing, no reinstalling, no waiting 24 hours, and no contacting Microsoft, just fixing the incorrect license attached to my EA account. At this point, I am completely exhausted from dealing with support agents who do not read case history, do not understand the problem, and simply try to close chats instead of helping. EA is a massive company, and this level of customer service is unacceptable. I hope someone competent can finally take responsibility and fix this straightforward account issue.41Views0likes3CommentsUnable to contact a EA advisor

I purchased BF6 on my PC and then on our PS5, but when we try and play together my son's BF6 game gets logged off when I log on to the PC. How do we fix this? I unlinked the PSN Account from the EA account already and it still doesn't work. Not sure what else I can do?! Any advice?12Views0likes1CommentDoes anyone know how to get ahold of higher management at EA help?
I'm seriously at a loss. Now about 2 months ago at this point; I foolishly bought 2 sims expansion packs. Despite my EA app bugging out. I ended up being double charged. I had chosen PayPal pay in 4. But got charged for both pay in 4 and the total for the games. I disputed this with EA and paypal. But EA never responded. When I did get a response, the agent kept acting like they didn't understand what i meant. All the way until paypal gave me a refund for the 2nd charge. Then suddenly I got an email from EA accusing me of a charge back, warning me my account was going to be watched, etc. I'd never seen the like. So I reached out, I appealed, gave them screenshots of my charges. But they claimed that it doesn't count because they didn't charge me twice on their end I just got charged twice anyway. And they took my games. And my account still gets watched. No attempts to communicate. Just weeks and hours of effort on my end. And explaining things to agents who don't know what's happening, because what I said before isn't being kept track of. My only options are reopening the same chat and keeping to appeal this status. Meanwhile no games. It's crazy to treat someone who literally paid, and just didn't want to pay double, like this. Especially given how much I've paid this company over the years. Does anyone have advice?134Views1like10CommentsEA Customer Support is ABSOLUTE GARBAGE
It's been almost 3 months of trying to get some help so I can play the game I spent $70 on, Battlefield 6. Filed multiple appeals with no response. Can someone help me with how to make a new EA account for my Xbox so I can play this freakin game I spent money on. Also blows my mind that I was able to purchase this game on Xbox marketplace through the account that is supposedly banned.24Views1like1CommentEA needs better customer support
It's been over a month and I have filed multiple appeals, I still haven't heard a single word from EA Support. I paid $70 for the new Battlefield 6 on Xbox and found out my account had been disabled when I tried to play the game. My account tells me I have no violations. Now there is nothing to do but file appeal after appeal and wait to MAYBE get an email. I either want to be able to play the game with my account or I want my $70 back. It is an absolute disgrace that there is no actual customer support that one can get decently quick help with/through. Is there a way I can delete my old EA account and create a new one so I can at least play the game I spent $70 on? I feel like that may be the only option since getting help from "customer support" apparently isn't going to happen.45Views1like3CommentsProblem with verifying account
