EA Creator Network Application Error
I am a YouTube creator specializing in Plants vs. Zombies AI-driven storyline content, with 90,000 subscribers currently. When I accessed the link https://creatornetwork.ea.com/interested-creators/start to apply for the creator program, I encountered an issue: on the page shown in Figure 1, an error (as displayed in Figure 2) occurs no matter which option I select when choosing the content language. When I open the browser console, the error message shown in Figure 3 appears. Is there anyone who can help resolve this problem? How could such a large official website have frontend code compatibility issues like this? Has no one else reported this issue?
What happens if I buy the Deluxe edition after playing via EA Play?
If I access the Deluxe Edition of a game through an EA Play subscription and, during that time, purchase the Standard Edition along with the Deluxe Edition upgrade, will I retain permanent ownership of the game? I’ve been wondering for a while—will I have any issues, like losing my save game or the entire game, after my subscription ends? Hello everyone, I’m having a persistent issue with enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on my EA account, and I’m hoping someone can help. Whenever I try to set up 2FA, I choose to receive the verification code by email, but the code never arrives. I’m using an Outlook/Hotmail email address, and I’ve checked: My inbox Spam/junk folders All email filters and rules Email storage space (there’s still plenty available) I’ve also tried the following steps without success: Clicking the “Resend Code” button multiple times. Logging out and logging back in before requesting the code again. Waiting several hours to see if the email was delayed. Trying on different devices and browsers. Despite all of this, I have never received a single verification code email from EA, which means I can’t complete the 2FA setup. If anyone has experienced this before or knows a workaround, please let me know. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!
I need to change my EA email, but can't get into the email(it was hacked).
My yahoo email was hacked the other day. Luckily, my EA account was about the only thing I had linked to it. However, when I am in my account right now and trying to change the email linked on EA, it wants to send a email to the hacked email account to verify that it is me. Is there any phone number I can call to EA to get this fixed? I can't find any live chat option, even though I keep seeing a bunch of things talk about it, and I figured if I send a help support, any reply I get will go to the hacked email. I just don't want to lose my EA account, all my Sims games are on there. :( And no, I can't seem to recover the hacked email because it is through yahoo mail and they have it where if you don't have the alternate emails and phone number (which I do, but the person who hacked my account took everything like that off real quick), they won't help you.Linked main email hacked
Hello, I was recently victim of a computer hack. The hacker took control of my main email account, so I have no control over it and no way to log in. This has caused a problem with my EA account. I have two EA games on an account other than the one I am writing to you from, and this account (with the games) is linked to my main email address and my Steam account. I want to unlink this account to the old hacked email and link it to another email address, but EA wants to send me a confirmation email to the old hacked email address, which I no longer have access to, so I am unable to change the email address linked to my EA account. In general, any changes to the account settings require confirmation after an email is sent to the old address. Is there any way I can link my EA account to another email address, given that I no longer have access to the old one currently linked to this account? Thank you very muchUnlinking
I originally come from PlayStation just switched over from Xbox recently but made a brand new PlayStation account yesterday and linked it to my EA account not knowing I would recover my old PlayStation account of 5 years today and now I’m having trouble permanently deleting my newest PlayStation account and unlinking my ea account, I don’t want to start over level 90 on battlefield and have so much progress I’ll be broken if I have to start over
