Help Unlink EA Account
I cant get into the eamil my account is under and I cant get in contact with a real person to help me, I just want to unlink my xbox account and link it to a new EA account I made for my PC but I cant get any help from the AI chat bot because it just sends me an email for a case but I cant get into that email. Anyone know how to get in touch with a real person to help?

Is it safe to add my account back to my profile after the hackers hacked it and got me banned from apex even tho I have been disputing it so many times to the point that I think they don’t care anymore, but truly is it safe to put all my gaming connections back into my account even if the steam account from the hacker is still on my profile?

Despite all these efforts, the exact same system error persists across all browsers and devices. The automated web portal is completely broken for my account. Furthermore, my access to alternative support channels is entirely non-functional: - When I attempt to use the "Email Us" option, the system stalls indefinitely. EA fails to send any automated verification or confirmation to my account's registered email address, and the web page simply freezes or forces a redirect. - As for the "Live Chat" option, it seems permanently locked from the very beginning, making it completely impossible to launch a chat session regardless of what methods, categories, or workarounds I try. I’m posting this because Dante's Inferno absolutely needs to make a comeback. To this day, it is still the closest thing to the classic God of War style in terms of pure, satisfying hack-and-slash gameplay. The combat was fluid, the world design was incredible, and EA is just sitting on a massive franchise that deserves a modern revival. If you remember the ending of the original game, Dante frees Beatrice and is about to head toward Heaven, but Lucifer bursts free from his icy prison as a spirit or snake-like entity, laughing because the threat isn't truly over. The story was explicitly set up for a sequel based on the next part of the epic poem: Purgatorio. We even got that amazing animated movie, Dante's Inferno: An Animated Epic, which used six different animation studios to show off different art styles and expand the universe. The passion for this world was definitely there. It makes no sense why EA just abandoned this after one game. Whether it’s a full sequel called Dante's Purgatory, a complete remake, or even just a modern remaster of the original so we can play it easily on current hardware, this IP deserves respect. Who else out there wants to see Visceral's vision finally finished?
I encountered a bug that prevents account unban
Hello everyone, my account was hacked before and I sought help from a consultant. Now I have recovered my account and lifted the ban on Apex, but Apex is still banned. After consulting with the consultant, they informed me that they have lifted my ban, but I cannot find any record of my account being banned. However, the game still shows me as banned, which is likely due to a malfunction in lifting the ban. What should I do now?
