Is it safe to add my account back to my profile after the hackers hacked it and got me banned from apex even tho I have been disputing it so many times to the point that I think they don’t care anymore, but truly is it safe to put all my gaming connections back into my account even if the steam account from the hacker is still on my profile?14Views0likes1Commentno customer services at all

Hello, I am writing this post to urgently report a severe, game-breaking technical issue with the EA Help website infrastructure that is permanently blocking me from contacting support or submitting an appeal. Currently, whenever I attempt to use the automated Penalty History tool to file a dispute, the system consistently triggers a "Case creation failed" or "Case not created" error. To ensure this wasn't a temporary local glitch, I have already performed extensive troubleshooting across multiple environments: 1. I have tried using various web browsers, including Google Chrome, Google Chrome Incognito Mode, and Microsoft Edge. 2. I cleared all cache, cookies, and browsing data before each attempt. 3. I even switched to entirely different hardware devices (different PCs and mobile devices) and connected through completely separate network environments to eliminate any IP/local connection issues. Despite all these efforts, the exact same system error persists across all browsers and devices. The automated web portal is completely broken for my account. Furthermore, my access to alternative support channels is entirely non-functional: - When I attempt to use the "Email Us" option, the system stalls indefinitely. EA fails to send any automated verification or confirmation to my account's registered email address, and the web page simply freezes or forces a redirect. - As for the "Live Chat" option, it seems permanently locked from the very beginning, making it completely impossible to launch a chat session regardless of what methods, categories, or workarounds I try. I am trapped in an endless, broken automated loop with zero functional ways to reach a human advisor or the Terms of Service (ToS) team. Can a Community Manager or an EA Administrator look into this back-end website error? I need someone to manually escalate this technical flaw so I can rightfully access customer support. Thank you.54Views1like4CommentsRequest to Bring Back the Beloved Game “Village Life”
Dear EA Team, I hope this message finds you well. I’m writing as a long-time fan of Village Life, a game that touched the hearts of many players around the world. As you have acquired Playdemic, the original developer of the game, we believe you now hold the legacy of this beloved title. Like thousands of others, I have incredibly fond memories of building families, growing villages, and watching generations flourish. Village Life stood out with its emotional depth, peaceful gameplay, and unique generational system—something we haven’t quite found in other games since. Even years after its removal, the community remains active—sharing screenshots, nostalgic memories, and hoping for its return. There are countless social media groups and forum threads filled with people who would wholeheartedly support a remaster or revival of the game. We understand that re-releasing a retired title is a major decision. However, the demand is real and the love for this game has only grown stronger with time. Whether it's a refreshed mobile version, a limited-time release, or even a spiritual successor, we’d be thrilled to see Village Life live on in some form. Thank you for taking the time to read this message and for carrying the torch of a game that meant so much to so many of us—not just as a game, but as a cherished part of our lives. Warm regards, Iremnur A lifelong Village Life fan4.6KViews36likes26CommentsThe Dante's Inferno Ending Set Up a Perfect Sequel: Where is Purgatorio?
I’m posting this because Dante's Inferno absolutely needs to make a comeback. To this day, it is still the closest thing to the classic God of War style in terms of pure, satisfying hack-and-slash gameplay. The combat was fluid, the world design was incredible, and EA is just sitting on a massive franchise that deserves a modern revival. If you remember the ending of the original game, Dante frees Beatrice and is about to head toward Heaven, but Lucifer bursts free from his icy prison as a spirit or snake-like entity, laughing because the threat isn't truly over. The story was explicitly set up for a sequel based on the next part of the epic poem: Purgatorio. We even got that amazing animated movie, Dante's Inferno: An Animated Epic, which used six different animation studios to show off different art styles and expand the universe. The passion for this world was definitely there. It makes no sense why EA just abandoned this after one game. Whether it’s a full sequel called Dante's Purgatory, a complete remake, or even just a modern remaster of the original so we can play it easily on current hardware, this IP deserves respect. Who else out there wants to see Visceral's vision finally finished?15Views0likes1CommentImpossible to get help from customer service
I have been going at this for over 2 weeks now with zero resolve. Let's start with some basics. Why do you not have a customer service phone number? It is unbelievable these days that companies have chosen to get rid of the customer service phone number option. It is a clear indication that you do not want to help your customers. EA is a large company and makes millions of dollars. They can easily afford to have a customer service support line. On April 11th, 2025, I was banned for absolutely no reason. I have not had/played an EA game since It Takes Two came out which was well over a year ago. At that time, I played that game with my sibling and that was it. The ban came as a complete shock to me as I just mentioned, I had not played an EA game for a long time. So, as one would do, I contacted EA and disputed the ban. The response was silly and showed ZERO lack of evidence or support. They did not show ANY information on why the ban was put in place and any specifics to indicate what could be done about it. So, I thought I would simply reply to that email and hope that I would get a more specific answer. Yet now the second email showed the exact same thing. It was clearly a copy and paste job. They say "after careful research" we found this to be accurate with ZERO specifics. That is all they say. This really is quite unbelievable from a company this large. You would think they would have in place a customer service department that gave a crap about you. So, I tried again, and again. Same answer. I had no choice but to contact the BBB. Well, again same answer, yet again. "Contact customer service via their website". It's truly unfortunate this company treats their customers like this. So, the only obvious explanation for this is my account must have been hacked and used to violate these terms. There is a section on their customer service website that says "have you been hacked" contact us. So, I did this. Well, what do you know, SAME REPLY. I think they do not have a department, and it is run by AI. I thought, I would just make a new account and then not have to deal with this anymore. Nope, they do not let you unlink your PSN/Steam accounts so now I cannot even play OTHER EA games forever unless I get an entirely new PSN account and Steam account. I purchased Spit Fiction for $70 and now I cannot play it because it is LINKED to my PSN account on the banned account. So wasted $70 for nothing. Just overall this experience has been very time consuming and rather obnoxious. I have spent most of my morning dealing with this and now spending another 15 minutes to write this. EA, if you are listening, you really should re-examine your customer service department. I can assure you, your company will not last if you continue treating your customers like this.Solved336Views0likes5CommentsI encountered a bug that prevents account unban
Hello everyone, my account was hacked before and I sought help from a consultant. Now I have recovered my account and lifted the ban on Apex, but Apex is still banned. After consulting with the consultant, they informed me that they have lifted my ban, but I cannot find any record of my account being banned. However, the game still shows me as banned, which is likely due to a malfunction in lifting the ban. What should I do now?97Views0likes6Comments
