EA Ban Appeal Bug
I was suspended from Apex Legends a while back. EA provided me a link to appeal the ban, however since then, I have not been able to get back into my account at all. I have verified the password, however, when I click the link to appeal and enter my email, I receive "This email is not eligible for an EA account" If I try to reset the password I receive an "This email or ID is invalid" I have spoken to the 1st level advisors who are unfortunately very unhelpful. They can see the account exists and have sent me one-time codes for the purpose of authentication but I still cannot get into the account at all. I think this is a bug on EA side as presumably the suspension should be lifted by now or they should have suspended for just Apex, and not my entire account? Has anybody else experienced this or received support that actually resolved the issue? I've had multiple cases and promised escalations from advisors that lead to nothing with the last advice of create a forum post - so here I am. Note the account I am using to create this post is NOT the account that is suspended. Figured I'd be clear on that.9Views0likes0CommentsHow can I get my money back from a wrong transaction in Google Pay?
immediately, or contact Google Pay India customer care (0700)825(3013) if the issue persists. To get a Google Pay refund, contact the merchant you bought from directly to request a refund for purchases made on non-Google websites or apps. For unauthorized Google Pay transactions or issues with Google products, dispute the payment within the Google Payments Center or the relevant product's help center. For incorrect UPI transfers, contact the recipient or your bank6Views1like1CommentSomeone made an account under the email I'm using for said account?
So I got an email saying someone had made, and verified, this account using my current email address, naturally I made sure to change the password to this account and all its information, but... I don't understand the motive? Were they waiting for me to log in so they could get my details on the off chance I didn't change the password? To be clear, I did not make this account, it was made using my email and I'm just trying to stay logged in till I know what's going on. I'm not sure what to do about it, are there any other security measures I should be taking here? It's not like they had access to my payment methods or anything, I'm really baffled and concerned. I also changed the password for my email of course, it did scare me that they managed to verify the account somehow, but there's no new logins detected on gmail so I have no idea what's going on. Also if it matters, the email address I received all this info from was mailto:EA@e.ea.com, I wasn't sure if it was legit so I made sure to only log into the website itself, wasn't gonna risk falling for a phishing scam. So yeah, any advice? Should I be worried, should I be doing something else? I appreciate any and all help.6.3KViews12likes45CommentsHelp!!
So I have been trying to purchase the pack of ‘cats and dogs’ for months and I’ve asked my bank for new cards because I thought it was an issue with that, I got a new card, activated it, called in today to ask what was wrong and told me nothing was wrong, so I contacted EA they didn’t help me much, they just told me to go back to the bank and again ask them what’s wrong, what do I do? How can I fix this?21Views0likes2CommentsLost all of my Sims due to a mod glitch
I was playing the Sims 4 normally and making a new household, After creating the new household and going to place it in my world, I got a pop-up from **bleep** saying it couldn't create the new sim and to restart the game. When i restarted the game, all of my sims had been deleted. All of the houses i made were still there, and the ones that had been saved to my gallery were still there, but all of my households were completely gone. I had an outdated version of the mod that i had forgotten to replace, which i think is what caused it. Is there any way to get all of my Sims back, or do i just have to start from scratch? Anything helps!18Views0likes3CommentsEA isn't letting me reply to their emails that I have to reply to??
So I have a problem that I need fixed regarding the Sims4, but every time I try to communicate with EA help since getting my advisor and the verification code to prove that I own the account so that they can proceed, I am notified by EA that the email I am trying to send to (A direct response to the email from my EA advisor) is not being sent due to the email no longer being notified.. This was within minutes of the response so I really don't get how I can get help from EA if I am not even able to send them the code they asked for to get my issue resolved... any help would be appreciated since I don't want to send another ticket or something like that.95Views1like3Comments
