Ban Bug?
I have a friend that got banned and when he clicks the link to take him to see penalty history there is nothing there. Does EA ban for no reason or did he do something wrong?

Typically when I notice something like this happening it's because someone plays on a console and then checks an EA account that's different to the one they're linked to. Either way, your friend will need to reach out to our terms of service team, as we can't help with bans here on the forums.
