Ban for enhanced gameplay mechanics

I purchased two top‑tier bundles yesterday, including the newly‑released promotional 100‑pack offer. My account level is below 100. I only play Robot Battle Royale matches to level up my account, progress my Battle Pass, and complete weapon achievements. I do not understand why my account has been flagged for gameplay enhancement. I sincerely ask the official team to investigate this case and resolve the issue for me. I really love Apex Legends.
