Ban Overturned but Account Takeover Lock Active - Need Help (Case #251236966)
I am posting from a secondary account because my main account has an active security lock. My ban appeal was officially overturned for Case #251236966, but my main account still has an Account Takeover flag. Javaid emailed asking me to reach out, but live chat is unavailable on my end. Could a Community Manager please help route this case to the team? Thank you

We cannot route cases or send them along to be reviewed via the forums, sorry. You would need to get in touch with the support team so they can give you a hand with this one.
If you're not seeing the option, try selecting a different reason for contacting, for example Update EA Account is currently letting me create a case and get in touch through chat and would be relevant in this case.
