I sent a message to EA but there's been no response. Why? I need to unban myself ASAP because the Neon event is about to end. I have accumulated a lot of points but can't redeem them because of the ban. I'm sure everything is going away and I haven't benefited from anything. I've contacted them multiple times and they haven't helped me.
