when you say "blocked" do you mean banned? If so, you should be able to find information on your ban here. You can also appeal the ban through your ban history. 

Someone changed my Ea account email and is connecting from foreign countries

This is not my email that I have registered with Microsoft (xbox account)

I'm paying for Xbox Pass Ultimate.

Sounds like you might've gotten hacked - I would recommend contacting EA Support, so they can help you regain access to your account. We don't have access to account information here in the forum, so we unfortunately cannot help with this here.
