BUG ACCOUNT

Good morning everyone, last night I purchased a game from Instant Gaming and redeemed it on my main EA SPORTS account. The download worked perfectly, I was able to play without any issues, and then I turned off my PC. This morning, after turning my PC back on, I found a surprise: the game is now showing on my secondary account instead of my main account. I contacted support the first time and they told me they had successfully moved the game to the correct account, but that it would take some time for the system to update. I waited, but nothing changed. I contacted support again, and this time I was told that they do not move games that have already been redeemed between accounts. I would understand this response if the mistake had been mine, but I did not create this issue and I was previously told that the transfer had already been completed.

    Unfortunately, there is little we can do in this case.
    Here on the forums, we can't handle Account-related issues.

    Our advisors are the only ones who can help with this, so feel free to reach out to them if you keep having issues.

    One important note: the seller you mentioned is not an authorised EA reseller for digital games or DLC. This means we are unable to provide any kind of support for keys purchased from them.
