Bug in App

Hi EA Support,

I have an issue with the FIFA Companion App where I cannot submit any SBCs, including the 83+ Player Pick. The error message says "Failed to Submit Challenge", even though all requirements are correctly met.

I’ve tried:
– Submitting on console (works fine)
– Submitting via Web App (also works fine)
– Reinstalling the Companion App
– Clearing squad and rebuilding
– Changing my EA account password to reset sessions

None of these solved the issue. The problem seems specific to the Companion App on iOS.

Could you please reset or refresh my SBC session data so I can use the Companion App again?

    Hey there, 

    We don't have the option to reset your session here in the Forums. As you mentioned, it works on the WebApp and in-game, so the error you're receiving is most likely a temporary issue. If the problem persists after a couple of hours, you can try the steps in this article.
