Bulletstorm missing from library - Stuck in CS 48-hour escalation loop.

Customer Support already confirmed that the game is tied to my account. Also, the code from my old package is in the attachment (censored, of course). The game is undoubtedly legit and the backend servers have confirmed it. I just need the frontend of the EA App to recognize the game and allow access.

Thanks for replying! I already did that three times. The first time your agent straight up refused to help me. The second time, they were much more helpful. They definitely verified that Bulletstorm was tied to my account, but that the EA App frontend couldn't register it, thus omitting the game from my library. We tried several workarounds, but none of them did the trick. Your agents told me they escalated the issue to a senior team and advised me to reach out in 24-48 hours. It's been three days now, so I reached out again.

The third time, there was another agent who was less helpful, but at least cordial. However, he also told me to "wait for an unspecified period of time". That's certainly a setback from 24-48 hours that the second team suggested. Also, your system says that I don't need to go through the details I already shared, but that's exactly what happens when I resume a ticket.

There has to be a way to resolve this issue. A legally acquired and owned game should permanently be attached to a legitimate EA account. I have around 20 games on your platform. The least that could be done is to have them playable. Could You please help with this issue?
